Gabriela Ruseva

Gabriela is an expert is EU project management and education and training policy. She works for Telecentre Europe since 2014 where she is responsible for managing projects supported by a number of EU funding programmes. Telecentre Europe is a network of organisations around Europe providing access and trainings in digital skills to all. Our aim is to empower everyone in Europe to benefit from the opportunities of the digital world by equipping them with the necessary skills. Gabriela is also responsible for monitoring policy developments at EU level, coordinating members' interests, writing position papers and promoting Telecentre Europe's messages.
She has written 5 successful project proposals in 1,5 years to Erasmus+, Europe for Citizens and H2020 Programmes and successfully implemented 3 projects. She is currently the project manager of Youth e-Perspectives on Migration.
Before joining Telecentre Europe, she was working on EU projects at Diogene, a cultural association based in Brussels, implementing projects for cultural cooperation between Western and Eastern European countries (Creative Europe, EuropeAid).
She has solid background in education and training and before joining the non-profit sector was an expert in youth policy at the Bulgarian Ministry of Education, youth and science.
