Join us for a practical workshop focused on improving online social learning experiences through social presence and telepresence. Led by experts in the field, including Emmy Vrieling<\/a><\/strong>, 4316<\/strong>\/lightbox2\" target=\"_blank\" data-lity>Kamakshi Rajagopal<\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/strong>, 4317<\/strong>\/lightbox2\" target=\"_blank\" data-lity>Joshua Weidlich<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>, Maartje Henderikx<\/a><\/strong> and Karel Kreijns<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>, participants will gain actionable insights and strategies to foster meaningful interaction and engagement in online learning environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop will begin with a presentation by Joshua Weidlich<\/strong> on their social and telepresence model, followed by an academic-industry panel discussion with Karel Kreijns, <\/strong>Yiannis Georgiou<\/strong><\/a>, <\/strong>Tilo Hartmann<\/strong><\/a> and Jan Moons<\/strong><\/a>. Two parallel workshops follow, one focusing on the regulation of learning in online environments and the other presenting results from an experimental study on social and telepresence. The session will wrap up with reflection and networking opportunities, engaging participants in discussions of findings and fostering collaboration. The day will be facilitated by Emmy Vrieling, Kamakshi Rajagopal<\/strong> and Maartje Henderikx<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
