Topics included the impact on comparison, attention span, validation-seeking behaviour, self-esteem, body image, cyberbullying, and social media addiction. This session provided strategies for fostering healthy relationships with digital media and discussed how digital literacy can help prevent challenges such as anxiety, depression, and FOMO (Fear of Missing Out).
