Through cross-national comparisons and practical insights, it highlighted the evolving role of libraries and public institutions in fostering informed, rights-based digital citizenship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Target group<\/strong>: Media literacy educators, librarians, human rights NGOs, civil society actors, media professionals, researchers, policy makers, fact-checkers, communication experts, legislators, broadcasters, public authorities, and private sector stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle wp-block-ub-content-toggle-block\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-block-4967fa6a-021b-4e06-96d4-85cafcebeaef\" data-mobilecollapse=\"false\" data-desktopcollapse=\"false\" data-preventcollapse=\"false\" data-showonlyone=\"false\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1;
