This report&nbsp;is based on the outputs from 2nd European Schoolnet Academy Thematic Seminar &#8220;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.schooleducationgateway.eu\/en\/pub\/teacher_academy\/webinars\/online-teacher-development.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Implementing Blended Learning in Teacher Education &amp; Training \u2013 Findings from Research and Practice<\/a>&#8221; held in December 2020.
