The &#8220;IMPACT project&#8221; presented with the \u00c9cole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Cannes (Apprentice Training Center of Cannes), gives apprentices the chance to learn from internationally renowned professionals who can live stream cooking classes via Kast cameras. French apprentices are invited to learn about different culinary cultures (Italian, Japanese&#8230;) and people from all over the world are invited to discover French gastronomy.
