The interactive tutorial on Effective Communication for Leadership<\/a> <\/strong>produced by IE University Publishing in Spain was one of the finalists in this year\u2019s MEDEA Awards<\/a>.<\/strong> In this article, I would like to describe this tutorial and describe some of the thinking and planning that went into its development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Communication is one of the most important and sought-after skills in today’s world, and especially charismatic communication is vital because it allows individuals to connect with others on a deeper level, inspire trust, and influence positive outcomes. However, we often aren’t aware of how we communicate and can make mistakes that negatively impact our image and relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
