Piet will delve into the theme &#8220;Going Digital, Staying Human: AI and Other Edtech Challenges at KU Leuven.&#8221; Our second keynote will be delivered by <a href=\"https:\/\/content.media-and-learning.eu\/node\/4256\/lightbox2\" target=\"_blank\" data-lity><strong><strong>Amanda Murphy<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>, Senior Executive Producer at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.storyfutures.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Storyfutures<\/a> and professor at Royal Holloway University of London. Her talk will focus on the democratisation of XR. Last but not least, <a href=\"https:\/\/content.media-and-learning.eu\/node\/4255\/lightbox2\" target=\"_blank\" data-lity><strong>Gary Burnett<\/strong><\/a> from Loughborough University will explore the use of new immersive technologies in education and share the lessons learnt from their first experiences with using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/technology\/2024\/jan\/21\/hologram-lecturers-thrill-students-at-trailblazing-uk-university\">holograms<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Media &amp; Learning 2024 takes place on 20-21 June 2024 in Leuven, Belgium.
