This congress aims to explore the evolving role of journalism as an educational tool and its importance in fostering a more informed and critical citizenry. Participants will engage in discussions on the impact of disinformation, the ethics of journalism, and the integration of decolonial perspectives in media narratives, addressing pressing challenges in the digital age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>call for proposals is open to students, journalists, educators, and communication professionals<\/strong>. Submissions should critically reflect on topics such as the rise of misinformation, journalism\u2019s educational potential, and the need for more inclusive and ethical journalistic practices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proposals should be submitted in English, with an abstract of 300\u2013500 words, by <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-gridlove-cat-3-color\">31 October<\/mark><\/strong>.
