The webinar will showcase policy recommendations from the<a href=\"https:\/\/media-and-learning.eu\/project\/transaction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> TransACTION! project<\/a>, which examines the operations, challenges, and contributions of Centres for Teaching and Learning (CTLs) in higher education. The session will focus on three areas: emphasising the position and value of CTLs to decision-makers, optimising their structures and operations for senior university staff, and offering best practices for designing and producing educational media for support providers. Insights are drawn from CTLs at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Wageningen University and Research, Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia, and KU Leuven.
