This year\u2019s shortlist includes nominees for the MEDEA Award, the Special Jury Prize, the Audience Favourite Prize, and the newly introduced category recognising the Best Use of AI in Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2025 edition attracted 137 submissions from 31 countries across Europe and beyond, highlighting once again the remarkable creativity and innovation in the field of educational media. Following a thorough evaluation by our international panel of judges, the following projects have been selected as finalists (listed alphabetically):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Beyond Lectures: AI &amp; XR Learning Innovations &amp; Emphasising the Shift from Traditional Teaching Methods<\/strong> \u2013 Imperial College Business School, United Kingdom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Counselling Skills Resource<\/strong> \u2013 Walden University, United States<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knowbody App<\/strong> \u2013 Knowbody UG, Germany<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moda re-: A Quest to re-Store Sustainability and re-Imagine Fashion<\/strong> \u2013 IE University, Spain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moleculous<\/strong> \u2013 KU Leuven, Belgium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phonics Adventures with Zelda<\/strong> \u2013 ClickView Pty Ltd, Australia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supercampus<\/strong> \u2013 3Cat \u2013 Contents, Programation and Cultural Area, Spain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All finalists are invited to present their entries at the upcoming <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/conference.media-and-learning.eu\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/conference.media-and-learning.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Media &amp; Learning Conference: Educational media that works<\/a><\/strong>, which will be held in Leuven, Belgium on <strong>18\u201319 June 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winners of the MEDEA Awards 2025 will be officially announced during a special Awards Ceremony taking place at the Provinciehuis (Spoor95), Leuven, on <strong>Wednesday, 18 June<\/strong> from <strong>18:00 to 20:00<\/strong> CEST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While not all entries could be shortlisted, the Organising Committee extends heartfelt thanks to every participant for their valuable contributions.
