Built for modern attention spans and informed by cognitive science (e.g., the CASTLE model), Byte Learning supports just-in-time, context-relevant skill building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accessibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diia.Education is a flagship, <strong>barrier-free<\/strong> digital initiative in Ukraine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All 230+ educational series include <strong>Ukrainian and English subtitles<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>21 courses are translated into <strong>Ukrainian Sign Language<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The interface is screen reader\u2013friendly, with adjustable text size, contrast, and spacing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A dedicated <strong>Accessibility section<\/strong> offers 20+ learning resources on inclusion, digital rights, and respectful communication in society<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trusted by institutions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform has been recognised by global actors such as the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">International Telecommunication Union<\/a> (ITU)<\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.effiebelgium.be\/nl\/default.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Effie Awards<\/a><\/strong>, and is supported by multiple international donors \u2014 including <strong>EGAP<\/strong>, <strong>Google.org<\/strong>, <strong>USAID<\/strong> and the <strong>EU<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Infrastructure at scale<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diia.Education supports a <strong>nationwide digital education infrastructure<\/strong>. IT proficiency from Ukraine\u2019s digital experts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Built in collaboration with leading tech employers (AWS, Genesis, Beetroot, Cisco), Diia.Education provides <strong>applied, job-ready digital skills<\/strong> across 50+ career paths \u2014 from QA testing to digital marketing and entrepreneurship.<br>These tools support <strong>SME growth<\/strong>, <strong>freelance careers<\/strong>, and <strong>youth employment<\/strong>, aligning with EU digital and economic transition goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Democracy and Civic participation in practice<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rooted in Ukraine\u2019s democratic resilience, Diia.Education fosters <strong>civic engagement and inclusive communication<\/strong>.<br>Courses on <strong>bias-free public service<\/strong>, <strong>inclusive communication<\/strong>, and <strong>community participation<\/strong> (e.g. training for IDP councils, workplace anti-discrimination) offer hands-on tools for strengthening democratic practices in diverse societies.<br>These are highly relevant for <strong>civil society organisations<\/strong>, <strong>municipal leaders<\/strong>, and <strong>educators<\/strong> across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s Next: AI-powered self-education<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, Diia.Education enters a new phase: <strong>personalised, AI-driven learning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the support of a second <strong>Google.org<\/strong> grant, the platform will integrate <strong>artificial intelligence<\/strong> to build <strong>individualised learning trajectories<\/strong>, helping users discover relevant content, track skill progress, and receive targeted recommendations based on their goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diia.Education is more than a digital learning platform.
