That\u2019s why we are inviting you to take part in this particular call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>HealthyMindEd<\/strong> project invites educators to take part in a <strong>focus group<\/strong> exploring how digital teaching impacts the well-being of both teachers and students. Insights from this discussion will contribute directly to the development of a supportive online platform and policy recommendations for promoting healthier digital learning in higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Discussion topics will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Challenges in digital teaching that affect the well-being of teachers and students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The types of support educators need to maintain well-being while teaching online<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Useful topics, formats, and features for a well-being-focused platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How institutions can better support digital well-being through tools, training, and policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why participate?<\/strong><br>By joining, you will help shape practical resources, platform features, and institutional recommendations to support digital well-being across higher education.
