Organised annually by the Media &amp; Learning Association (MLA), the competition recognises excellence in the <strong>use of media and technology to support education and training at all levels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MEDEA Awards welcome a wide range of educational multimedia entries, including videos, audio productions, graphics, games and simulations, AR\/VR\/XR applications, podcasts, vlogs, animations, AI-powered tools, and other innovative digital learning resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submissions are open to <strong>students, teachers, schools, universities, production facilities, training providers, agencies<\/strong>, and all professionals involved in the creation or use of educational media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prizes for 2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants will be eligible for the following awards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MEDEA Award for Best Educational Media Entry<\/strong>, recognising outstanding educational media across all sectors and levels of education and training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Special MEDEA Jury Prize<\/strong>, awarded at the discretion of the jury for exceptional innovation in pedagogical or technical design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Audience Favourite Prize<\/strong>, selected by the audience during the Awards Ceremony<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Thematic Prize \u2013 Best Use of Educational Media in Science<\/strong>, honouring innovative applications of educational media in science, co-awarded with the <strong>International Association of Media in Science (IAMS)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>deadline for submissions is 28 February 2026<\/strong>, and participation is <strong>free of charge<\/strong>.
