The study calls for balanced, age-appropriate use of digital technologies to support learners\u2019 physical, psychological and social well-being, while stressing the importance of data protection, safety, accessibility and positive social interaction by design. Addressing the persistent digital divide, it advocates a whole-school and community-based approach, with collaboration among policymakers, educators, families and EdTech providers to create inclusive and supportive digital learning environments.
