Held under the theme <strong>&#8220;The Learning <em>Confoederatio<\/em> \u2013 Navigating (Digital) Change through Evidence,&#8221;<\/strong> the conference brings together researchers, practitioners, and educators to explore how evidence-based insights can help understand and shape digital transformation in learning and instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The three-day programme, running with up to four parallel sessions per day, will feature keynotes from Salome Flegr (TU Dresden) on interactive visualizations in science education, Yves Karlen (University of Zurich) on self-regulated learning, and Shana Carpenter (Oregon State University) on the effects of prequestions on learning. Two invited symposia will also feature prominently: a JURE-focused session on frontiers in cognitive load theory, and an experts&#8217; talk tracing the evolution of instructional videos over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submission formats include symposia, single papers, posters, no-or-not-perfect-data presentations (for early-stage or in-progress research), and tool\/educational technology demonstrations, the last of these particularly relevant for readers working on ed-tech tools and platforms.
