Entitled <strong>&#8220;Whose Literacy? Whose Rights? Interrogating Digital and Media Literacy for Everyone,&#8221;<\/strong> the event invites participants to step back and question some of the field&#8217;s own assumptions \u2014 about who is being reached, who is being left out, and who gets to decide what &#8220;literacy for everyone&#8221; really means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bringing together researchers, educators, practitioners, policy-makers, and civil society actors, this year&#8217;s edition opens up a space for critical reflection \u2014 asking not just what media literacy looks like today, but for whom, and at what cost when it falls short.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Save the date now \u2014 registration will open in August.<\/strong> More details on the full programme and speakers will be announced soon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Media &amp; Learning Association is pleased to announce that this year&#8217;s MLA4MedLit conference, one of our annual events dedicated to exploring emerging priorities in digital and media literacy, will take place online on Friday 23 October, from 13:30 to 17:00 CEST.
