TransACTION! addresses teaching and learning support and service centres in universities, lecturers and teaching staff, technical and support staff, educational technologists, innovation specialists, audio-visual staff and others in universities involved in multimedia design and production. The team will also address policy and decision-makers in order to stimulate media-based teaching and learning offers in HE at regional, national and European levels by providing expertise in the effective and efficient large-scale utilization of media-based teaching and learning services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- The Framework <\/a><\/strong>describes 5 steps to make qualitative educational multimedia. This document gives you a quick introduction into the framework and adds some context on how to use it. To empower you in integrating this model into your daily practice, we’ve created two additional resources, referred to as the ‘handbook’ and the ‘workbook.’<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The handbook<\/a><\/strong> provides you with concrete scenarios and insights to aid you in producing multimedia. Utilise it as a companion that guides you through every step of producing educational multimedia. The structure of this handbook follows the five phases established in the co-creation framework. For each of the first four phases, you could hold a meeting of approximately 2 hours and fill them in with the scenarios described in this handbook. The fifth phase, the production phase, is less predictable. This handbook gathers some tips and advice for that phase, but lacks timing and scenarios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The workbook<\/a><\/strong> follows the five-step structure established in the co-creation framework, aiding in the documentation of multimedia product progress. Each step includes questions, input fields, checkboxes, and tables. Additionally, there’s a companion handbook offering concrete scenarios and insights for multimedia production. While the workbook can be used independently, both resources are tailored for those responsible for educational multimedia in higher education. The flexibility of usage allows users to decide the extent to which they adhere to the guidelines, whether closely following for initial projects or selectively incorporating insights for subsequent productions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
