Pädagogische Hochschule Oberösterreich” (University of Education Upper-Austria) is the second biggest teacher training institution in Austria. It educates future teachers in preschool, primary, vocational (including infortmatics for vocational colleges) and together with 11 other universities in the so called “Cluster Mitte” secondary teacher education.
