The International E-Learning Association announced the winners of the 2021 competition in the academic division who were honoured at the recent ICL2021 conference in Dresden. The winner on the E-Learning section is “Promotion or Retention: A Dilemma in Educational Ethics,” Illumina Interactive, Inc. submitted by the Harvard Graduate School of Education, USA while the winner in the Blended Learning section is “TrainTool,” submitted by Faculty of Skills and Maastricht University, The Netherlands.
