For the first time in 15 years, the US based Northeast Media Literacy Conference will be fully online! Being online means that this is going to be both an international and interdisciplinary group, breaking out of the “northeast” regional borders, stretching “media literacy” to reach across traditional silos, and reassessing what we will all need a “conference” to be. The call is open for proposals which include academic presentations, workshop proposals and town Hall panel discussion – deadline for submissions is 7 September.
