Telecentar is a Croatian non-profit organization established in 2005 to advance digital and media literacy. It coordinates the Digital Literacy Network, which brings together 35 civil society and public sector organizations. Through research and policy development, Telecentar provides evidence-based recommendations that have been incorporated into key national frameworks, including the Digital Croatia Strategy 2032, the National Education System Development Plan 2027, and the Policy Programme Path to the Digital Decade 2030.
