About this member

Working alongside cultural, media and government organisations, meemoo, Flemish Institute for Archives provides services, expert knowledge and advice for the preservation of (digital) archives. Among other things, meemoo digitises and archives Flemish audiovisual content for over 160 partner organisations and aims to make this content accessible and usable through platforms such as The Archive for Education, which offers a selection of audio and video for teachers to use in the classroom.

Interests of the group are related to using ICT in education and include research and development of lecture capture technology, research of lecture capture usage outcomes, computer-based assessment, and scalability in large-enrolment classes.
