CARNET network is a private network of the academic, scientific, and research community of the Republic of Croatia, as well as the institutions within the primary and secondary education system. CARNET provides services to primary and secondary schools, institutions from the science and higher education institutions, as well as to numerous public institutions such as certain ministries, hospitals, etc.
