IADT is a vibrant Institute of Technology that thrives on new ideas and creativity. IADT is the only Institute of Technology in Ireland with a specific mission to drive and inform the creative, media and cultural industries through teaching research and innovation. We specialise in creativity and innovation as expressed in the arts, technology and entrepreneurship and our reputation supports this. Our programmes embrace the opportunities and challenges of the digital age and are set in an educational environment that values the whole student experience and which attract students from across the country and internationally.

Delft University of Technology Library (TU Delft)

The NewMedia Centre (NMC) is a media production and expertise centre for education and research. The centre creates video (in a green screen studio and on location), livestreams, animations, infographics, augmented/virtual reality and is responsible for the university’s lecture capture. NMC experiments, together with lecturers and students, with media technology in education, such as holography, 3D models, AR, 360 video and audio and much more.

Public Libraries 2030

Public Libraries 2030 (PL2030) is a Brussels-based advocacy organisation and hub for innovative EU projects in the European public library sector. PL2030 has curated a network of over 40 innovative ‘Lighthouse Libraries’ across over 20 European countries who are engaged in redefining the role of libraries within the themes of digital futures, sustainability, well-being, community, and democratic participation. Alongside its EU-funded projects, PL2030 collaborates with major European library organisations to advocate for policies and funding that empower libraries to contribute to EU objectives while also enhancing capacity building and access to resources for public libraries across Europe.
