NORDUnet is the Nordic Gateway for Research and Education and is a collaboration between the National Research and Education Networks (NRENs) of the five Nordic countries; Denmark (DeiC), Iceland (RHnet), Norway (Uninett), Sweden (SUNET), and Finland (Funet). NORDUnet offers lots of practical advice to video service providers in higher Education on using the different services provided by Zoom, MediaSite, Panopto and Kaltura along with some basics on other related topics like GDPR and privacy. Their video services portal is open to all and although much of the content it contains relates specifically to user needs in nordic countries, there is also a lot of information that video services providers in other countries will find interesting. The section on Zoom is particularly detailed and includes information of understanding the difference between different service offers as well as updates on recent Zoom policy regarding passwords. Check it out.
