The National Electronic Media Council of Latvia (hereinafter – NEPLP) is an independent, autonomous institution that represents the public interest in the field of electronic mass media. One of the NEPLP competencies and strategic priorities is the promotion of media literacy in Latvia. To support this effort, NEPLP has developed a media literacy database (https://datubaze.neplp.lv/) with the goal of creating a place where all materials about media literacy can be found in one place. The database provides easy access to information, news, and updates on upcoming events. The database consolidates a wide range of resources, including research studies, educational materials, videos, audio content, conference documents, infographics, project descriptions, and more.
