The Academy for Media, Commerce & Entrepreneurship (AMCE) is a multidisciplinary academy that brings together expertise in media, communication, business, retail, and entrepreneurship. The academy offers a broad portfolio of Associate Degree (AD), Bachelor (BA), and Master (MA) programmes, including Creative Business, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Content & Media Strategy, Strategic Communication, Commercial Economy, and Retail Management. The academy focuses on preparing students to become innovative professionals who can operate at the intersection of media, commerce, technology, and entrepreneurship.
Education within the academy is strongly practice-oriented and developed in close collaboration with industry partners. Students work on real-life projects, develop entrepreneurial skills, and learn to identify and create opportunities in rapidly changing markets. Entrepreneurship, innovation, digital transformation, content creation, and strategic communication are key themes across the programmes.
In addition to its educational programmes, the academy is supported by two professorships (research groups): Organisations and Social Media and Transformational Media. These research groups contribute to knowledge development and innovation in areas such as digital communication, media transformation, organizational change, social impact, and emerging media technologies. Their research is integrated into education and professional practice, ensuring that students and partners benefit from the latest insights and developments in the field.
