The Summer Institute in Digital Literacy run by the Media Education Lab in the US offers a professional development program in digital literacy through an intense, week-long multi-disciplinary gathering. The 8th annual program will be held July 19 – 24 in a fully-online format with flexibility in scheduling. K-12 educators, school leaders, higher education faculty and researchers; school, public and academic librarians, youth media and media literacy activists working in non-school contexts; and media professionals are encouraged to participate.
