CErTiFY is a new European Commission supported project which is all about helping individuals wanting to work in the Cultural and Creative sectors by developing and testing a new methodology based on digital tools for people to identify and recognise their transversal skills, such as leadership, collaboration and communication. You can read more about the project here. Part of the work of the project is to organise training courses for key staff working with the unemployed interested in working in the Cultural and Creative sectors. Much of the coursework is focused on creating digital stories and the project team has launched its own YouTube channel to publish the stories created by participants.
