The European Digital Competence Framework, also known as DigComp, offers a tool to improve citizen’s digital competence. The current version, DigComp V2.0 presents an updated list of 21 competences along with 8 proficiency levels and examples of use for each. DigComp offers a standardised mechanism which citizens can use to self-evaluate their digital competences across different European countries. A survey is currently underway to validate the latest update of DigComp with many questions focused on digital and media competences. Participating in the survey will take between 8 and 15 minutes and is being conducted anonymously – you can complete the survey here.
