During this information session, the ProMS project team introduced the Mobile Stories international publishing tool, showcasing its key features and accompanying educational materials. The session also featured a presentation on the eTwinning platform and community (TwinSpace) and offered guidance on leveraging the Mobile Stories tool for developing international projects. Participants engaged in a hands-on exercise, selecting from three tasks within the cross-border initiative:
- “Inclusion, Gender Equality, and Diversity at My School”: Students research equality and inclusion policies at their schools and create news articles based on their findings.
- “Stereotyping: Who are the Heroes and Villains in the Media?”: Students reflect on and analyse stereotypes, examining how different groups are portrayed in the media.
- “Interview a Local Journalist”: Students produce an interview article or podcast with a local journalist, focusing on topics like disinformation and fact-checking.
The Mobile Stories tool is specifically designed for teachers in primary and secondary education, as well as educators specialising in media literacy.
