Digital Parenting: what parents need to know

In this session, we explored why media literacy is essential for parents to effectively guide their children in today’s digital world. We discussed strategies for helping children develop critical thinking skills, navigate the digital landscape, and prepare for future challenges in digital parenting, including emerging technologies like AI, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR). A diverse panel of experts and projects shared their approaches to digital parenting, offering insights and practical guidance for fostering media literacy at home.
