Well being and mental health in digital and higher education in Europe

Part of series: Online Workshops & Seminars

As digital technologies become ever more central to teaching and learning, understanding their impact on wellbeing, for both students and educators, is increasingly vital. Higher education institutions are challenged not only to innovate, but also to ensure that technological advancement aligns with human needs and supports physical and mental wellbeing.

This webinar brings together several current European initiatives working in this field to explore the state of play and the key challenges facing students, academic staff, and institutions. It will examine how digital environments influence cognitive, emotional, and social experiences in learning contexts, shaping engagement, mental health, and the overall educational experience.
