Dr Lisa Dorscht from the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy enabled medical students in the preclinical phase to practise conversational situations in contact between doctor and patient in the context of role-plays, carried out via video conferencing, in practical interaction with each other.
The examination took the form of a portfolio. The digital teaching format was very well received by the students. The positive feedback from the students and the possibility of being able to examine digitally in a competence-oriented manner outweigh the higher personnel costs on the part of the lecturers overall.
