Discover how video games are transforming soft skills development across Europe with  MEGASKILLS

At the heart of the project lies the MEGASKILLS methodology, which demonstrates how commercial video games can be used as scalable, evidence-based tools to train and assess soft skills such as problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration, strategic thinking, and resilience. Live platform testing during the event enabled participants to experience this innovative approach firsthand, with support from the project’s technical team.

On 11 December 2025, the Horizon Europe MEGASKILLS project held its Final Results Presentation Event in Brussels in a hybrid format, bringing together policymakers, researchers, educators, industry representatives, and SMEs.

The programme showcased the MEGASKILLS journey and key outcomes, featuring two high-level panel discussions on the importance of soft skills for Europe’s labour market and on the sustainability and scaling of game-based approaches to skills development. Participants also had the opportunity to test the MEGASKILLS platform first-hand and engage in networking sessions. With more than 100 registrations, we are pleased to share all the event resources now available on our website, including photos, presentations, and the event recording.
