Well known expert in online learning distance education, Tony Bates, published a really interesting review of Stephen Murgatroyd’s article The precarious futures for online learning in September that is well worth a read by anyone trying to put together a plan for services in universities in the coming months and years. All in all, Tony argues that Stephen is overly pessimistic, read both sides of the discussion and see what you think.
