From February 26-28, Mathy Vanbuel from ATiT ran a hands-on video workshop aimed at teacher trainers working with science teachers on creating knowledge clips. This workshop was part of the work of the DOTS project lead by CARNET in Croatia which is all about helping science teachers combine their teaching with the promotion of transversal skills. Between now and the summer many of these teacher trainers will be working with teachers to capture their practices on video and the idea behind htis workshop was to take them through the necessary steps to do this. all recording was with participants own smart phones and during the workshop they learned how to create a script, to capture good images and sound and then to edit their productions. The workshop was hosted by UCLL in their Heverlee campus in Leuven, Belgium.
