SMILES project enters its final phase

Related project: SMILES

The SMILES team recently met on 19 January in The Hague, the Netherlands, the meeting was hosted by The Hague University of Applied Sciences. During the meeting, because the project received an extension of 2 months, and will now end in April, it was decided that the piloting of the different modules in schools and classes will stop mid-february, to be followed by the evaluation and final phase of the project. The team will analyse all the collected data from the piloting conducted by teachers and librarians and produce a report on the effectiveness of the SMILES approach.

All resources, materials and tools are being reviewed, but remain available in English along with versions suitable to delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain on the SMILES website (see Digital Toolkit).
