The Erasmus+ project DiTraVET has developed a Practical Toolkit for Digital and Inclusive Education, offering a structured set of learning resources to support vocational education and training (VET) stakeholders in navigating digital transformation.

This toolkit is designed as a series of course-based units tailored to three key target groups: VET teachers, institutional leaders, and students. Each unit functions as a complete learning module, providing practical guidance and structured content to build digital and inclusive education practices.

For teachers, the toolkit covers topics such as information and media literacy, student engagement and collaboration, blended learning, online assessment, accessible digital content creation, and the use of virtual simulation systems in VET.

For institutional leaders, it focuses on enabling digital transformation at an organisational level, including understanding digital change, adapting to evolving environments, using data analytics, managing costs, strengthening skills ecosystems, and supporting staff development.

For students, the toolkit supports the development of essential digital competences, including online safety and privacy, critical use of social media, information searching, content creation, and digital collaboration.

Developed by a consortium of European partners, the toolkit responds to challenges identified during the COVID-19 pandemic, when rapid digitalisation highlighted inequalities in access, skills, and participation. By offering structured, practical learning pathways, it aims to equip VET stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to foster more inclusive, effective, and future-ready education systems.
