TEncoder Video Converter is a free, open source, multi-threaded multimedia (video and audio) converter that combines the use of several Open Source tools such as MEncoder, MPlayer and FFMpeg. With this software you can convert almost every multimedia (video and/or audio) format in multiple ways and with a number of additional functionalities, for example burn subtitles into a video, speed up the encoding process by using multiple (up to 8) encoders at the same time, select single or multiple audio and subtitle tracks, extract and download multimedia content, edit audio delays, add corrections or effects such as cropping or deinterlacing. Although that the interface may be somewhat overwhelming, TEncoder is very intuitive and easy to use, and very powerful with user-adjustable settings for selection of codec, bit rate, sizes, frame rates, aspect ratio, filters and so on. TEncoder is available in English, Turkish, Spanish, Russian and Basque. Free for Windows on https://www.fosshub.com/TEncoder-Video-Converter.html
