The Society for Pedagogy, Information and Media (GPI) has opened applications for the Comenius EduMedia Awards 2026, recognising outstanding digital educational media worldwide.
Established in 1995, the awards are among the most established European distinctions for ICT-based educational media, honouring high-quality digital learning products across all educational sectors and formats, including online platforms, multimedia applications, and blended learning solutions.
The competition evaluates submissions based on pedagogical quality, content, design, and innovation. Entries that meet the defined criteria are awarded the Comenius EduMedia Seal, while the most outstanding projects receive the Comenius EduMedia Medal.
Organised by the GPI, a long-standing professional association dedicated to advancing educational technologies and media didactics, the awards aim to promote excellence and visibility in digital learning across Europe and beyond.
The application deadline for the 2026 edition is extended til 12 April 2026.
Those interested in applying are encouraged to consult the official guidelines and submit their projects via the Comenius Awards platform.
