Contribution form – Media & Learning 2026: Co-creating the future of learning

Suggest your contribution to the Media & Learning Conference 2026 Programme.

Short Presentation (<15 min): a concise, focused talk presenting key insights or findings within 15 minutes, followed by a brief Q&A.

Pecha Kucha Presentation (6 min 40s): a fast-paced format with 20 slides shown for 20 seconds each, lasting 6 minutes and 40 seconds. This format highlights new initiatives, ongoing projects, and work-in-progress updates.

Workshop (60 or 90 min): an interactive session with hands-on activities, lasting up to 90 minutes. Focused on practical learning and skill-building. *A standard screen and laptop will be provided. Any additional equipment needed will be your responsibility. Workshop rooms will accommodate 20-30 participants. Please indicate whether you need a 60 or 90 min slot.

Discussion Topic (session duration 60-90 min): a structured discussion on a specific theme, often with multiple speakers or panelists. Encourages idea exchange and collaborative thinking.

Demonstration: a live showcase of new tools, technologies, or processes, including extended reality demonstrations. Engages participants with real-time examples and Q&A. *Media & Learning will provide a table; all other equipment is to be provided by the demonstrator. Demonstrations take place during the lunch break.

The deadline for submission is 31 January 2026. You will be notified personally with the results of the contribution selection process by the end of March 2026.

Please note that if your contribution is accepted for the conference programme, you will need to register and attend in person. Unfortunately, we cannot provide free conference passes to speakers and workshop leaders. The registration fee must be paid by 30 April 2026 to secure your spot.
