Generative AI is no longer a future issue for higher education – it is already reshaping how students write, how educators design learning activities, how feedback is produced, and how institutions approach academic integrity, assessment and data protection. This final event of the Erasmus+ project TaLAI: Teaching and Learning with AI in Higher Education marks the culmination of three years exploring how Generative AI can be used responsibly and meaningfully in teaching. The project team will present key outcomes, including policy recommendations, research insights, and a freely available online course for educators, followed by an open discussion. The session will create space for reflection on topics such as assessment, student guidance, institutional policies and data protection. Participants are invited to share their questions, concerns and experiences, and to explore how to navigate AI-related decisions in the coming academic year.
