The European Commission DG Connect Unit G2 is organising an online meeting with representatives of academia on Wednesday, 27 March, 2024. The meeting will focus on the future Partnership on Virtual Worlds, pending formal validation by Member States. This gathering presents an opportunity to assess progress and articulate objectives for XR and Virtual Worlds in Europe post-2024, with specific emphasis on the Partnership. The agenda includes a presentation by the EC on the Partnership, followed by open discussions with academia representatives. Participants are requested to confirm their attendance by completing the EUSurvey by March 15th.
