We are delighted to announce that the title for the Media & Learning Conference this year is Back to the Future? pointing to the conundrum faced by many in our community in this post-pandemic, AI-obsessed and resource-restrictive world. Set to take place on 20-21 June, 2024, at the Provinciehuis in Leuven, Belgium, this conference will bring together a diverse community of educators, researchers, and innovators who share our passion for harnessing the power of media to enhance learning experiences. This week the organisers unveiled the 14 themes that will be used to create the conference agenda covering a wide spectrum of topics, from navigating educational technology trends, re-thinking teaching and learning spaces to exploring the potential of AI and XR in education. Conference participants can anticipate stimulating keynotes, interactive workshops, and engaging discussions. The call for proposal submissions for a talk, workshop, or demo related to the conference themes, is now officially open until the deadline on 31 January 2024. Be sure to mark your calendars for this exciting opportunity to connect, collaborate, and find inspiration at Media & Learning 2024! Learn more about the conference and submit your proposal.
