The 2026 Opencast summit will be hosted at the University of Manchester, UK, from the 25th to 27th of February.
Opencast is a flexible and scalable open-source video management system for academic institutions, built by a community of developers from different universities and organisations worldwide. The University of Manchester runs probably the world’s largest deployment of Opencast, recording over 30,000 lectures in more than 400 locations across the campus.
