The 2026 European Learning & Teaching Forum, organised by the European University Association (EUA), is happening on 12–13 February 2026 at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon. The theme this year is “Impactful staff development for educational transformation.”
The forum explores how higher-education institutions can redesign staff development to foster innovative pedagogies, digital and media-enhanced teaching, and institutional transformation.
It convenes a diverse group of stakeholders: academic leaders, lecturers, instructional designers, and researchers, offering a rare opportunity for exchange, networking, and cross-institutional learning.
