The annual Conference of the International Council for Educational Media (ICEM) is a meeting place for researchers and practitioners with a common ground in educational media, educational technology and technology enhanced learning. The ICEM 2024 Conference will take place at the University of Salamanca, Salamanca, Spain, from 25th-27th September 2024. The conference is dedicated to the main theme “Tech Awakening of Intelligence for Education and Media”.
