Fest of Fests (FoF) is a network for Youth Film Festivals, Film Education Organisations, and Film content-related Institutions from all over the world. In the run-up to the launch of the FoF’s new digital service for children (Gen Z) interested in filmmaking, which will include a platform to showcase visual content made by children, FoF ran 3 hybrid events (in Athens and online) at the end of 2021. During these seminars, short videos (around 3 minutes) produced by young people were screened. Film screenings were followed by discussions about Gen Z and its organic relationship with the production and consumption of digital content. In total, 35 speakers presented during workshops and these events attracted more than 150 attendees. If you’ve missed these seminars you can catch the recordings here: Workshop 1; Workshop 2; Workshop 3.
